III. Storage & Tools
1 set screw tool kit
1 pc vest jacket with multi-pocket
1 pc leg bag with multi-pocket
2-4 pcs equipment hard/soft case bag (upon assessment)
1 pc trolley push cart 35″ x 23″ x 6″ 750KG max capacity

IV. Daily Rate
₱ 2,000 for 10 hrs for equipment assistant
₱ 1,500 for 10 hrs for equipment caretaker

V. O.T. Rate
₱ 100 per hr for equipment assistant
₱ 50 per hr for equipment caretaker

Other Note:
1. If equipment caretaker were asked to setup the equipment to one or more area or location that requires dismantling and setting-up the equipment for another different area, spot location. The equipment caretaker will automatically convert to equipment assistant.
2. If equipment caretaker were asked to assist your in other equipments and etc… The equipment caretaker will automatically convert to equipment assistant.
3. If you have bulk equipment rental it’s required that will assign 2 or 3 manpower.

Note:
1. Up to 20 hrs per day for equipment rental.
2. Up to 10 hrs per day for working time. From pull-out of equipment up to returning.
3. Manpower rate may also vary depending on the scope of work.
4. Extended rental or working hrs/days will be subject to a billing.
5. Any technical and creative direction are sole responsible of operator or renter.
6. If you ask our assigned manpower beyond their scope of work we are not liable for any damages or it will subject for billing.
7. We recommend if we assign different manpower based on their skillset it will be subject for quote.
8. We will set number of assistants needed depending on equipments per day.
9. Misuse or accidental damage of our equipment it will be subject billing.
10. Full payment and security deposit for the booking confirmation.
11. Security deposit will be returned after your activity.
12. Food, transportation, accommodation, health and permit fees are excluded.
13. We provide discounts for multiple days of rental & multiple equipments.
